Patrick Barnes, the award was created to recognize the profound difference nurses make in the lives of patients and families every single day.

We encourage you to be as detailed as possible. The most impactful nominations often include personal moments, times when a nurse went above and beyond, provided comfort during a difficult day, or made your family feel truly supported.
Families, patients, coworkers, and community members are all welcome to submit nominations.
