The Land O’ Lakes office takes “teamwork” to a whole new level. Time and time again they come together to support their families and provide the best care for their patients. They work together, merging clinical and operations to overcome obstacles and make sure their families are staffed and have the care they need.
“There are countless examples of teamwork as we work closely together day in and day out. I remember several occasions of team members picking up nurses and driving them to their shifts. Another example is with regard to a new client. This client is someone I’ve known for 15 years and watched grow up while working at another home care company. A few years ago, this family was not receiving the staffing they deserved with the agency. They reached out, and we took them on as a new client. Through our collective teamwork, they are now fully staffed.”
